Starting the day with 10 launches in the cylinder, which we are using whilst we do not have access to our LPG compound, a small team made an initial stab from RWY 02, but then we relocated to RWY 20 in the fickle wind.
Despite the thermic conditions forecast, we only achieved short flights in the ridge curl over.
A great team of instructors, Greg, Humza, Rob and Tony, supported by Ethan on the winch, we got all 4 UCL members flown, including Xander. A total of 17 launches (7 of them from a fresh cylinder).
We had a pause in proceedings as we got R28 rigged and now only paperwork remains to be done. Well done Taff and Mark.
