We started flying today on runway 20 with a very light tail wind. We flew until the first big rain shower came along. Luckily, the core of the shower didn’t hit us, but the wind direction and strength changed significantly. There were some spectacular cloudscapes and even a mini twister.

After the rain stopped, we carried out another 4 flights before packing in - everything was safely back in the hangar before the next shower appeared. We achieved 18 flights and also had a search party to find a piece of a broken strop, which we unfortunately never found.

Thanks to all for your efforts today.
