Congratulations to Tom Hartmann on going solo today, and to Ben Frampton for his first solo winch launch!
Ben had flown solo on aerotow at Dunstable, but today was his first winch solo and first solo at Halton; a 20 minute soaring flight at the end of the day was his reward for a day of mostly walking the airfield doing launch failures!
