Many thanks to everyone for their effort and support yesterday, especially the duty team. Dan Kearney did an excellent job as Duty Pilot.
A slightly slow start but the day developed quickly and everyone flew. 52 launches including 4 aerotows for 18+ hours of flying. Eight gliders and the motoglider flew. Highlight of the day was seeing Taff out-soaring everyone on the ridge in his Olly 2b!
In addition, 26 was de-rigged, ready for the trip to Sisteron and R28 was de-rigged ready for its annual inspection.
Today was also the first outing of our new cable retrieve vehicle - many thanks to Graham and Ellie for sourcing and preparing this veritable, leather-seated limousine.
