Congratulations to Phil McKenzie (left) on qualifying as a Full Cat. I believe it is a joint first, as this might be Martin Langford’s (right) first sign off as a regional examiner as well.
Martin doesn’t always wear a dinner jacket to the club, but was on his way to a dining in night.
