After a slow start due to the front passing through, we first launched at 13:58 following a fly past by none other than the Red Arrows and then in 13 flights we achieved 6 hours 50 minutes. The ridge was working to over 2,000 feet and there was isolated wave and thermal lift.

Gareth claimed hog of day with a 1 hour 50 minute flight , a personal best - well done! We also had 4 UCL students, all flown by David Fothergill.

Thanks to the duty team, who did a great job.
